At 9 a.m., Jackson Street will be closed between Erie and Summit streets for festival preparations. The closing will shut off St. Clair Street to through traffic north of Adams.
About 6:30 p.m., Superior and Huron streets will close at Jackson, with local access maintained from Orange and Adams streets.
All streets are to reopen about 11 a.m. Sunday.
Beginning this evening and continuing through midday Sunday, the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority will shift its evening and weekend bus line-ups to Summit between Adams and Jefferson Avenue. The SeaGate and Government stations will be closed, and buses will be routed around the Jackson closing.
