Woman sentenced to jail in theft case

WAUSEON - A Delta woman has been sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court for stealing money from Kigar Realty & Auction, where she formerly worked.

Judge James Barber ordered Tabitha Isaacs, 34, to serve 21 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, in addition to serving two years of community control. Isaacs also must make restitution totaling $24,443, pay the costs of prosecution, seek and maintain employment, and have no contact with Rick and Bonnie Kigar, the business owners.

Isaacs was convicted on one count of grand theft, a charge to which she had previously pleaded guilty.
