Pair get 4-year terms for break-ins

TIFFIN - Two men were sentenced to four years in prison for breaking into school buildings and stealing computers.

Scott Wears, 25, of Findlay and Travis Trenor, 22, of Fostoriawere both convicted this week in Seneca County Common Pleas Court of breaking and entering, grand theft, and vandalism.

The pair stole more than $5,000 worth of computers and caused more than $5,000 damage to a Hopewell-Loudon school in Bascom, Ohio, on Nov. 25, 2003.

They were convicted of similar charges in Hancock County for school break-ins of buildings in Arlington and Van Buren.
