Interim CEO named for Grand Aire

Katrina Cheema has been named interim chief executive officer/president of TriCoastal Air/Grande Aire Inc., effectively immediately, in the aftermath of the sudden death last week of Art Athar.

Mr. Athar had been running the air charter company since December, after the death of Grand Aire co-founder Tahir Cheema in a plane crash.

Ms. Cheema, a co-founder of Grand Aire and first wife of Mr. Cheema, was most recently CEO for Air America Logistics Co., in Windsor, Ont.
