TIFFIN - A Toledo woman was sentenced yesterday to a mandatory five-year prison term and forfeiture of $10,703 in drug proceeds for her involvement in the sale of crack cocaine, authorities said.
Latricia A. Stewart, 27, formerly of Avondale Avenue, was sentenced in Seneca County Common Pleas Court by Judge Steve Shuff. on three counts of trafficking in crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of Ecstasy, county Prosecutor Ken Egbert, Jr., said.
Stewart sold unspecified quantities of crack cocaine to an undercover informant in August and December of 2004 and about 10 grams in January of 2005 at a Fostoria motel. She was arrested Jan. 20.
