Kennedy Brothers Real Estate Management Services LLC of Toledo will receive more than $10.7 million in tax-exempt bonds to rehabilitate four Toledo-area apartment complexes, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency has announced.
The management service group will rehabilitate:
Byrneport Apartments, 909 Byrneport Drive.
Norwich Apartments, 5150 Norwich Rd.
Ottawa Cove Apartments, 1841 Ottawa Cove Drive South.
Fountain Square Apartments, 3119 Navarre Ave., Oregon.
Once completed, 387 units throughout the four complexes will be available for affordable housing, officials with the housing agency said.
Ohio Housing Finance is an independent state agency that provides affordable housing opportunities throughout the state.
