More than 80 employers will be on hand Thursday during Job Fair 2006, the largest employment exposition in the county this year.
The fair will be from 1 to 5 p.m. at Gladieux Meadows, 4480 Heatherdowns Blvd., near Key Street. The free event is expected to attract hundreds of job seekers from entry to executive level.
Sponsored by KeyBank and Sun Oil, the job fair will feature employers offering positions in manufacturing and administration as well as staffing companies. The bulk of the jobs will be full-time positions.
Those interested in preparing for the job fair can attend a workshop at The Source, 1301 Monroe St., today or tomorrow. The workshops will be from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. both days.
