Judge Timothy Kuhlman has been elected by his colleagues on the Toledo Municipal Court to a one-year term, beginning Monday, as presiding and administrative judge.
Judge Kuhlman, who has been a Toledo Municipal Court judge since Feb. 7, 2005, will be responsible for administration of the municipal court, which includes sending monthly reports to the Ohio Supreme Court and setting the court docket and calendar.
Judge Gene Zmuda previously held the post.
