The Ohio Controlling Board has issued grants to help The Andersons Inc. and a partner develop an ethanol-producing plant in Darke County and to help Rieter Automotive North America Inc. expand in Oregon.
The grants, approved yesterday, included $100,000 for equipment and $500,000 for roadwork for The Andersons Marathon Ethanol LLC to construct an ethanol-fuel factory in Greenville.
