A man with a large semiautomatic handgun robbed a Fifth Third Bank branch in central Toledo early Monday of an undetermined amount of cash, authorities said.
The man entered the bank at Monroe Street and Detroit Avenue about 10:30 a.m. and demanded cash of a bank employee.
After the cashier complied, the man fled with the money. The man was wearing blue jeans and white sneakers.
