Six people - all adults - were displaced last night by a fire at a two-story building at 422 Main St. in East Toledo, authorities said.
The blaze appeared to have started just after 9 p.m. in the rear of the building. There was heavy smoke coming from the rear of the building when fire crews arrived.
Flames licked at the side of the structure, and the aluminum siding charred and melted as bystanders watched.
