Toledo firefighters rescued a 3-year-old girl from a central city house fire Monday night, authorities said.

The girl was treated at Toledo Hospital. No other injuries were reported.

Crews were called to 1604 Waverly Ave., near Sussex Place, about 7:45 p.m. on a report of a fire.

Damage to the house was estimated at $20,000.

The two-story house built in 1924 is owned by L.B. Allison, Sr., according to the Lucas County Auditor's Web site.
