A bathroom-wall fire caused evacuation of a 36-unit apartment building Thursday afternoon at 2059 Alexis Road in West Toledo, authorities said.
No injuries were reported, and residents in two of three sections of the apartment complex have been allowed to return to their apartments.
Officials believe the fire was started when a maintenance man was repairing copper pipes.
Damage is estimated at $200,000, authorities said.
