A warrant was issued for a Toledo man who failed to appear in Lucas County Common Pleas Court yesterday for sentencing on a robbery charge.
Damond Randolph, 33, of 3228 Blackstone Drive faced up to eight years in prison for his role in instructing a 16-year-old girl in the robbery of a bank Oct. 16. After he failed to appear, Judge James Jensen ordered him arrested and set bond at $100,000.
