Train hits car in North Toledo; no injuries reported

Traffic on Summit Street near Suder Avenue in North Toledo was snarled Wednesday morning after a freight train hit a car apparently left abandoned at a railroad crossing near the intersection of the two streets, authorities said.

The incident occurred about 6 a.m. There were no reports of injuries, according to the Toledo Fire Department.
