Alicia Wadsworth, 18, was flown to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol. She was listed in serious condition at the hospital Thursday morning, a hospital spokesman said.

The crash, which occurred about 5 p.m. at State Rt. 163 and State Rt. 590, also injured Trevis Cheatham, 42, of Oak Harbor, and Jack Boreman, 20, of Gypsum.
