Lance Cpl. Richard Cable and other members of the Marine Corps stand in front of the Vet Center, 1565 S. Byrne Rd., Ste. 104, Toledo. The center, which opened in August, had an open house yesterday. It offers readjustment counseling and outreach services to any veteran who served in any combat zone. It also offers help to family members.
