A man accused of fatally shooting another man at a party on Fifth Street in East Toledo early Sunday was arraigned Monday in Toledo Municipal Court.
Harrison Graham, 25, who was charged with murder, was ordered held in the Lucas County jail on a $500,000 bond. A preliminary hearing was set for July 13.
Dexter Wilkey, 40, was shot about 1 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Fifth. He died shortly afterward at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, police said.
Authorities said the men were quarreling over a woman.
