A West Toledo man has been sentenced to six years in prison for intimidating a crime victim and failing to comply with a police officer.
Additional robbery charges against Edward Loney, 38, of 3716 Hazelhurst Ave. were dismissed.
He was sentenced yesterday to three years each for the two charges.
Frank Donnelly, 85, told authorities Loney had been extorting money from him and threatening him.
