Dana director resigns to join board of GM

Stephen J. Girsky has resigned as a director of Dana Holding Corp., effective July 21, as a result of his appointment as a member of the board of General Motors Co., Dana announced Monday.

Mr. Girsky has been replaced on Dana s board by David Trucano, who will serve on the board s audit and compensation committees.
