3 detained in stolen property case

Toledo police arrested three men yesterday on charges of receiving stolen property from trains.

Michael Bias, 58, Mario Bias, 31, and Steve Murray, 49, no addresses available, were arrested after they were allegedly seen loading three large-screen televisions into a pickup from a house on 245 Canal St. Police said they found another stolen TV in the home after obtaining a search warrant.

The Toledo Police Department property investigations section and the Norfolk-Southern railroad police had earlier executed a search warrant at 633 Segur Ave. regarding the same case. They did not find televisions but seized an AK-47 rifle and other guns. The three men will be booked into the Lucas County jail.
