Dionna Damaskos, left, and Kristin Zink perform a Greek dance with the Olympians dance troupe during the 39th annual Greek- American Festival. The festival continues from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 802 North Superior St. Admission is $1, and children 12 and younger are admitted free with a parent or guardian. Entertainment includes cooking demonstrations, dancing, and live music.
Petula Stamos, who emigrated from Sparta, Greece, in 1966, serves a combination plate of Greek green beans, spanakopita, and tiropita for Bob Ewing of Rossford.
A tray of baklava is among the delicacies available for sampling during the Greek-American Festival.
