The next president and chief executive has been selected for Compass Corporation for Recovery Services.
Robert Stokes, most recently vice president and chief operating officer of Coleman Professional Services health and rehabilitation organization in northeast Ohio, was selected to take the helm. He replaces Bill Sanford, who stepped down earlier this year after 10 years leading the organization.
Compass provides inpatient and outpatient services for alcohol and drug addiction treatment.
Mr. Stokes has more than 25 years of experience in health care and behavioral health services fields, including hospital management positions at Children's Hospital Medical Center of Akron and Marymount Hospital near Cleveland.
