The Lucas County auditor will hold the last forfeited-land sale of the year at 9 a.m. today in the commissioners' meeting room on the first floor of One Government Center.
Properties for sale are tax delinquent and have been put on sale twice by the sheriff's office. There will be 318 parcels for sale, with starting bids at $60 a parcel. A successful bidder must have a deposit of 15 percent or $150, whichever is greater. If the successful bid is $150 or less, the purchase price must be paid in full. Buyers must pay additional fees of $33.94 the day of the sale.
