Lima police seek 2 men in fatal Sept. 12 shooting

LIMA, Ohio — Police are looking for two men wanted in the Sept. 12 shooting death of a Lima man.

Justin J. Fulmer, 22, and Mario S. Pitts, 30, are being sought as “persons of interest” in the slaying of Markess Hogan. Police said both suspects are wanted on outstanding warrants and should be considered armed and dangerous.
