LIMA, Ohio — An Ohio Department of Transportation executive from central Ohio will lead the department's district office in Lima.
Leonard Brown succeeds Tim Burkepile as district deputy director. Mr. Brown had been production administrator at the state transportation department's district office in Delaware.
Mr. Burkepile returned to construction management, the agency said.
