A fire of suspect origin caused about $10,000 damage to a vacant east Toledo house Sunday night, authorities said.
About 9:45 p.m., flames reached the roof and out the windows of a second-story bedroom of the house at 1523 Navarre Ave., Battalion Chief Mark Klein said.
The blaze was confined to one room, and fire crews had it under control within about 15 minutes, he said.
The house is worth about $38,000 and is owned by Patricia Ray of Toledo, county records show.
