Two people were injured, one apparently seriously, in a two-vehicle crash Monday morning at an Oregon intersection near Pearson Park, authorities said.
An elderly man was found unresponsive at the scene and was taken to Mercy St. Charles Hospital. The other victim was transported to Bay Park Community Hospital with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries, Oregon police said.
The victims were travelling by a car and a minivan, which collided about 9 a.m. Monday at Navarre Avenue and South Wynn Road, police said.
The names of the victims and their conditions were not immediately available. The crash remained under investigation by Oregon police, which released no further detail about it as of 9:30 a.m. Monday.
