Tamaron Properties LLC yesterday dropped an effort to stop repossession proceedings on the West Toledo golf course and banquet facility.
The firm, in a filing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Toledo, said that it and lender Huntington National Bank “have been unsuccessful at reaching an agreement for securing post-petition operating financing and the operating entity appears to be in jeopardy of default on its obligations.”
The motion was filed just as a hearing was to begin on a bank request to resume repossession proceedings.
Tamaron filed for protection from creditors in August, listing less than $50,000 in assets and up to $10 million in debts.
