BOWLING GREEN — A Wood County grand jury this week indicted a Bowling Green man for robbing the Advance America Cash Advance on Fremont Pike in Perrysburg Township Oct. 30.
Matthew A. Nagley, 39, was indicted on two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of kidnapping.
Mr. Nagley, who is being held in the Wood County jail, also faces two counts of kidnapping and one count of aggravated robbery in Lucas County for a Sept. 9 holdup at the Advance America Cash Advance on West Alexis Road in Toledo.
The grand jury also indicted Shawn Krieger, 44, of Toledo on a charge of burglary for a Nov. 18 break-in at a home near Wayne, Ohio. Mr. Krieger is facing charges in Maumee for the robbery of a Salvation Army kettle last Saturday at The Andersons retail store.
