Zoo visitors welcome the new year early

A crowd watches as the ball drops during the ‘Happy Noon Year' celebration at the Toledo Zoo. Family friendly activities were featured at the event yesterday — held at noon so children could take part — and celebrants toasted the new year with apple juice.
