A 33-year-old woman who authorities said caused the death of her sister during a domestic dispute was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury Tuesday on a charge of involuntary manslaughter.
Kimberly Craig, 32, of 318 Belmont, was charged with the Oct. 26 death of Yolanda Craig, 36. If convicted, she faces up to 10 years in prison.
According to Toledo police, Yolanda Craig was punched in the head during an altercation with her sister, but wasn't immediately hospitalized. Two days later she was taken to the hospital and slipped into a coma, police said. She died five days after the incident.
Yolanda Craig's death was ruled a homicide Nov. 11.
