BOWLING GREEN — A Rossford man charged with dragging and then striking a Toledo man with his car is to go on trial in June.
During a pretrial hearing Monday, Wood County Common Pleas Judge Reeve Kelsey scheduled a jury trial for Dominic Dilucia for June 28.
Mr. Dilucia, 18, was indicted by a Wood County grand jury on two counts of murder stemming from the Nov. 7 death of Steven Jagodzinski, 25.
On Nov. 1, Mr. Jagodzinski was involved in an altercation at the Perrysburg Estates mobile home park on Lime City Road and was dragged about 18 feet by a car and then hit by the same car.
A passenger in Mr. Dilucia's car, Gage Lee, 18, of Northwood was indicted on two counts of complicity to felonious assault.
