Maumee residents in the Michigan Avenue area near June Drive can use their water again after a main break yesterday afternoon prompted officials to advise them not to do so.
Maumee Water Superintendent John Ziss said the city issued the warning after getting 60 to 80 complaints about rusty water. He said repairs to the
8-inch main were still under way last night, but the water was safe to drink.
