Toledo police are seeking information about the robbery of a South Toledo pizza restaurant last month by two male suspects, authorities said.
About 10:45 p.m. Jan. 19, the suspects, one of whom had an assault rifle, entered the Little Caesars Pizza at 2222 North Reynolds Rd.
The suspect with the rifle struck a restaurant employee in the face, walked behind a counter, struck another employee, and ordered him to empty the cash drawer into a plastic bag.
After the victim complied, the assailants left with cash, police said.
The suspect with the rifle was described as black, about 6 feet tall and 170 pounds. The other was described as black, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 160 pounds. They were wearing black clothes and black ski masks.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Crime Stopper program. Callers may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward.
