Suspect in car death pleads guilty, will testify

BOWLING GREEN — A Northwood man charged in the Nov. 7 death of a Toledo man pleaded guilty Friday to a reduced charge in the case.

Gage Lee, 18, pleaded guilty in Wood County Common Pleas Court to one count of complicity to felonious assault. As part of a plea agreement, he agreed to testify against Dominic Dilucia, 18, of Rossford, who is charged with two counts of murder stemming from the death of Steven Jagodzinski, 25.

Prosecutors say Lee was a passenger in a car driven by Mr. Dilucia that dragged and struck Mr. Jagodzinski Nov. 1 at the Perrysburg Estates mobile home park in Perrysburg Township. The victim died six days later.

Lee is to be sentenced April 12. Mr. Dilucia is scheduled for a jury trial beginning June 28.
