Maumee-based Dana Holding Corp. said Monday it has closed on its sale of most of its global Structural Products business to Metalsa S.A. de C.V. for approximately $147 million and the assumption of certain liabilities of the business.
The transaction included operations in the United States, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Argentina, and a joint venture in the United Kingdom. Transfer of a similar facility in Venezuela is expected to conclude later this year.
