Alesha was driving southwest on State Rt. 101, toward Tiffin, when her car went off the road on a curve south of County Road 15 about 5:20 p.m.

Back-seat passengers Lacey D. Aaron, 17, and Janae M. Perkins, 16, were not wearing seat belts and were thrown from the car. Front-seat passenger Jabrencia B. Cobb, 17, did wear a seat belt. All were treated at Mercy Tiffin Hospital. Alesha was wearing a seat belt.

Alcohol was not a factor in the crash, troopers said.
