A Toledo man charged in the death of one man and the shooting of another was indicted yesterday by a Lucas County grand jury.
Ray A. Gott, 46, of 30 West Weber St., was charged with one count each of murder and felonious assault, each with gun specifications. If convicted, he faces up to life in prison.
Gott is accused of killing Edward Lee, 35, and injuring Sherlon McKenzie, 30, who was shot in the leg. The incident occurred April 4 during a quarrel in the parking lot of the Moody Manor apartments in the central city.
