Chase in Perrysburg ends in crash; man hurt

A man was injured in a crash in Perrysburg on Tuesday after refusing to stop for a traffic violation and leading police on a chase, authorities said.

Khaled Mufti, 45, whose address was not released, was taken to the University of Toledo Medical Center, the former Medical College of Ohio Hospital, where his condition was not available.

The crash occurred shortly after 1 a.m. at Cranden Drive and Otusso Drive. He had not been charged yesterday, police said.
