Downtown Toledo water work to restrict parking

Parking on Spielbusch Avenue between Orange and Jackson streets in downtown Toledo will be restricted today and tomorrow for underground utility work, the city's transportation division said.

A contractor will replace regular and fire-service water lines at 1716 Spielbusch, starting at 9 a.m. The work will occur in the middle of the street, with traffic rerouted along the curbs in both directions.
