COLUMBUS — NH Acquisition Corp. on Monday received approval for a $25,000 grant and was expected to get approval for two loans totalling $8.3 million to expand a food plant in Norwalk in Huron County.
The assistance, approved by the state Controlling Board, will enable the firm to replace and upgrade a bun line, get machinery for an English muffin line, build a 10,000-square-foot freezer, and add 20,000 square feet to the plant. The aid is to create 25 $13-an-hour jobs and retain 151 jobs.
