Second suspect charged in slaying outside party
A second suspect was charged Tuesday in the shooting death of a man outside an Arlington Avenue party in April, authorities said.
Tyler Macrae, 18, of 522 Walsh St., was arrested about 12:30 p.m. and charged with murder and complicity to murder. He was held without bond in the Lucas County jail pending arraignment today in Toledo Municipal Court.
Mr. Macrae is accused of supplying the firearm allegedly used by Jonathan Jackson, 18, to kill Donald Corrigan, 20, Sgt. Tim Noble said.
The victim was armed, and police said Mr. Jackson and Corrigan exchanged fire outside an apartment building at 2010 Arlington Ave. about 2 a.m. April 21 before Corrigan was shot in the chest and killed.
