Martina Wilson of Toledo works for Feed Lucas County Children, which supplies nutritional meals to children in need.

Ms. Wilson said she regularly takes old, leftover bread from the program to feed the geese in International Park downtown.

She said she gives them wheat bread because it is less fattening.
