Local loan originator to pay $500 to state

An Oregon loan originator has been assessed $500 by the Ohio Department of Commerce's Division of Financial Institutions.
Michael R. Coehrs reached a settlement agreement with the division after failing to comply with continuing education requirements, the agency said this week.
