BAY VIEW, Ohio - A Port Clinton man was injured Friday as he drove his motorcycle off U.S. 6 in Erie County's Margaretta Township, troopers at the Sandusky post of the Ohio Highway Patrol said.
Joshua Logan, 28, was taken to Firelands Hospital. He was transferred by medical helicopter to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition Friday night.
Troopers said Mr. Logan was westbound on U.S. 6 just west of State Rt. 269 about 12:10 p.m. when he lost control of his motorcycle. He went into a ditch and was thrown from the motorcycle, which then landed on him.
