Toledo police are seeking information through the Crime Stopper program on a man suspected of shooting two people in central Toledo.
Victims Lee Overton, 19, whose address is unknown, and Devonte Taylor, 21, of Bowling Green were shot at Indiana Avenue and 13th Street on Aug. 19.
Both victims were at a party in the 200 block of Indiana when a group of people the victims identified as residents of the Brand Whitlock homes tried to force their way into the gathering, police said.
Mr. Overton refused to let the group enter, and Mr. Taylor went outside to confront them.
An unknown male fired six to seven shots, striking both victims.
Anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of the suspected shooter is asked to contact the Crime Stopper program.
