BOWLING GREEN — Street closings and parking restrictions will be in effect Friday, tomorrow, and Sunday for the Black Swamp Arts Festival.
Municipal parking Lot 2, bounded by East Wooster, South Prospect, and East Clough streets, is closed.
Tomorrow starting at 3 a.m., street parking is banned on Main Street between Clay and Pearl streets; on Prospect between East Wooster and Clough; on Clay between Main and Grove streets, and on Clough between Main and South Prospect.
Beginning at 4 a.m. tomorrow, Main between Clay and Pearl will be closed to vehicles, and through traffic will be prohibited on Oak, Court, Clough, and Washington streets.
East Wooster downtown will be open for eastbound and westbound traffic, but it will be closed between Enterprise Street and the railroad tracks for construction.
Parking and street traffic will be restored Sunday evening.
Shuttle service will run from the parking lots at the Woodland Mall and the Hobby Lobby and Staples stores.
