Central Toledo shooting sends one to the hospital

BLADE STAFF

A person in the 700 block of Palmwood Avenue was shot in the right arm Wednesday night, authorities said.

The person was taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.

The shooting occurred about 10:05 p.m. Police were at the scene to investigate.

Witnesses told police that the person who fired the shots afterward ran toward Lawrence Avenue.
