Fifth Third Bank unveils a new branch in downtown Toledo to replace the one that closed a year ago. The office in the Ohio Building, at Madison Avenue and Superior Street, that opened Monday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, is Fifth Third's sixth to open within the city of Toledo since 2001.
